For me, it has always been important to spread knowledge based on my own experiences.

My lectures are based precisely on personal experiences that can be compared to a great change journey and then in private life. I have a now adult son with IF, intellectual disability. I tell you about how I had to take a stand to deal with conflicting emotions that sometimes turned life upside down, something that made me angry, in this at the same time mixing love with forbidden thoughts...

 

I talk about transformation, how steps can and must be taken forward and upwards, just being able to go from despair and resistance to acceptance and development.

 

We all have different conditions and functions, i.e. different sets of functions, some strengthen us and we can handle them ourselves and some we need more or less support with. Thinking anew is liberating.

 

My lectures want to spread and inspire that everything is possible until the opposite is proven. What is needed is the right support and understanding. I include the participants of the lectures, give them insight into the fact that love, joy can transform forbidden feelings into new thinking, setting new goals.

What is the change curve?

 

Length: 120 minutes

Target group:All managers and leaders who are in the middle of or facing a change and want to develop in change management

 

The change curve is a support for successful communication in connection with change management. The change curve visualizes different reaction phases that people go through in connection with a change. This is valuable support for us as leaders to be prepared for the different emotional states of the reaction phases and helps us in the work of setting up communication and activity plans in connection with changes.

 

Achieved result:

• Through the change curve, gain an increased understanding of how people, employees as leaders, are affected by change.

Length: Two half days

Target group: All managers and leaders who are in the middle of or facing a change and want to develop in change management

 

The lecture is aimed at you who are leaders and are facing or in the middle of a change with your organization. You gain insight into how we as individuals, leaders as well as employees, are affected by and in change and what this means for you as a leader. How will your organization be affected, what challenges will you face and what will happen to efficiency? The focus is on you as a leader and how you have to get there in order for it to succeed!

 

Achieved result:

• Increased understanding of how people, employees as leaders, are affected by change

• Increased understanding of change management, how your leadership is affected and should affect change
